Suftnet Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Revvo mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Revvo.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Images you scan: When you use the scanning feature, images are temporarily sent to OpenAI's API to generate flashcards. We do not store these images on our servers.
- Purchase information: We use RevenueCat to process in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect your device ID and purchase history to manage your subscription status.
- App usage data: We store your scan count locally on your device using UserDefaults to manage free tier limits.
- Flashcard content: All decks, flashcards, and summaries you create are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. We do not have access to this content.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate flashcards and summaries from your scanned notes via OpenAI's API
- To manage your subscription and premium access via RevenueCat
- To enforce free tier scan limits
- To improve the App's functionality and user experience
3. Third-Party Services
Revvo uses the following third-party services:

4. Data Storage
All your flashcards, decks, and study progress are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data and it is not transmitted to our servers. If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted.
5. Camera Access
Revvo requires camera access to scan your notes and documents. Camera access is only used when you actively choose to scan. We do not capture or store images without your explicit action.
6. Children's Privacy
Revvo is suitable for users of all ages including students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Your API keys and sensitive configuration are stored securely and never included in the app binary. All communications with third-party services use encrypted HTTPS connections.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Delete all your data by uninstalling the App
- Opt out of premium services by cancelling your subscription
- Contact us with any privacy concerns
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
